Maintenance Manager
Job Summary
This role leads the maintenance team manages the maintenance budget and ensures reliability safety and uptime across the plant.

- Lead and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Manage schedule and develop a team of millwrights and electricians
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and productivity standards
- Implement and manage the CMMS
- Plan and coordinate equipment installation upgrades and repairs
- Oversee capital projects contractors and external vendors
- Partner with Operations to maximize uptime and throughput
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Assign daily work conduct performance reviews and manage accountability
- Enforce safety policies and participate in safety programs
- Track KPIs and report departmental performance
- Audit safety quality and housekeeping standards
- Ensure ongoing training and skills development for the maintenance team
- 10 years of experience managing a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment
- Engineering degree or certified trade with equivalent leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance reliability and outage planning
- Proven leadership with the ability to delegate and motivate teams
- Clear professional communicator with a problem-solving mindset
- Experience managing conflict and driving results
- Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles
- Strong project management and change management skills
- Willing to support after-hours call-ins and weekend requirements
