Job Summary:
The Director-IT Integrations is responsible for leading enterprise-wide technology initiatives that align IT capabilities with the strategic and operational goals of the healthcare system. This role ensures integration across clinical administrative and financial systems by managing project execution business process optimization and application lifecycle governance. The Director serves as a liaison between clinical/business stakeholders and IT ensuring that technology enhances care delivery compliance and operational efficiency.
Education & Experience
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelors degree and five (5) years of experience in Information Technology including two (2) years in a supervisory role.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Proven experience overseeing enterprise software implementations vendor management and business process improvement. Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks project management methodologies (e.g. PMBOK Agile) and healthcare IT standards. Excellent communication interpersonal and change management
Responsibilities
- Lead the adoption and enforcement of standardized program and project management methodologies across healthcare IT initiatives.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget while maintaining compliance with organizational governance standards.
- Oversee integration of clinical and business applications to support interoperability clinical workflows and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to align technology solutions with patient care and business objectives.
- Manage vendor partnerships including contract negotiations performance oversight and issue resolution.
- Direct development and management of project and program budgets ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to project managers and technical teams.
- Serve as a key escalation point for complex IT issues impacting clinical and business operations.
- Represent the IT department in governance committees and contribute to policy and procedure development.
- Stay current on healthcare IT trends and innovations driving continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.
