Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing mid to large market accounts and a proven ability to handle a significant book of business. The position offers flexibility with the option to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity if located near one of the offices. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $100000 - $150000 annually commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business generating $1-2 million in revenue focusing on mid to large market accounts.
- Provide exceptional client-facing service acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Quote new and renewal business ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions to clients.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the organization by identifying opportunities for account expansion.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing mid to large market accounts as a generalist.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong client-facing abilities excellent communication skills attention to detail problem-solving aptitude and the ability to work independently.
- Work Environment: Remote work is available; hybrid work is preferred for candidates near an office (2 days in-office per week).
