Rotation 1 Power & Rotating Machinery (New Iberia LA 12 Months)
- Hands-on work with diesel engines generators and rotating machinery
- Work alongside OFA Technicians & Specialists to diagnose and repair equipment
Rotation 2 Temperature Control Systems (Pearland TX 18 Months)
- Learn chillers AC systems pumps cooling towers and heat exchangers
- Troubleshoot real customer and equipment challenges
Rotation 3 Field Engineering & Customer Exposure (6 Months)
- Paired with a Technical Support Specialist (TSS)
- Visit customer sites learn job scoping and support field operations
What Youll do - Technician-Minded Engineers
- Youll work in repair centers depots and real customer sites not just an office.
- Learn directly from experienced technicians specialists and engineers.
- Develop practical troubleshooting skills that make you a true field engineer.
- Ideal for those who love tools equipment and hands-on mechanical work.
