The Atamian Lab is offering a paid research position. This role involves utilizing GROMAX software to elucidate the detailed interactions between the target protein of the monkeypox virus and the ligands previously identified through virtual screening conducted in our lab.
Responsibilities
The student will collaborate with faculty members to conduct molecular dynamic simulations aiming to gain detailed insights into target-ligand interactions. The student will engage in the analysis process by following online tutorials and will contribute to interpreting the results within a biological context.
Required Qualifications
Attention to detail and ability to follow directions. Ability to work both independently and as part of our group with direction from faculty Ability to take detailed notes.
