Property Finance Administrator
Hybrid: 2 to 3 days in the office Permanent Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Are you highly organised confident with financial processes and passionate about supporting smooth property operations Were looking for a proactive Property Finance Administrator to join our property team and help us deliver an exceptional property service across our UK care portfolio.

In this role youll play a key part in keeping our financial and administrative processes running accurately and efficiently.

What Youll Do

  • Processing and receipting invoices for service contracts and CAPEX projects.
  • Maintaining live CAPEX trackers to provide accurate and uptodate budget visibility.
  • Raising purchase orders for things such as building fabric works.
  • Identifying and resolving incorrect supplier invoices.
  • Producing financial management reports for the Senior Property Team.
  • Supporting colleagues with the PeopleSoft finance system.
  • Tracking blanket POs and maintaining planned CAPEX project trackers.
  • Creating monthly Power BI reports on repairs maintenance and compliance spend.
  • Managing supplier setup requests and vendor management activity.

What Were Looking For

Were looking for someone who can hit the ground running with:

  • Previous Finance experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Selfmotivation accountability and flexibility.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft or similar systems.
  • Good IT capability including Excel Power BI PowerPoint and SharePoint.
