Responsibilities
- Lead overall Spa & Wellness operations and strategic direction
- Drive revenue growth profitability and cost control
- Ensure luxury guest experience and service excellence
- Manage budgeting forecasting and P&L performance
- Recruit develop and lead a high-performing spa team
- Collaborate with Marketing on promotions and brand positioning
- Oversee hygiene safety and regulatory compliance
- Monitor retail performance and inventory management
- Prepare monthly reports and present business updates
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Wellness or related field
- Minimum 58 years of spa operations experience
- At least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong financial management and commercial skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Passion for wellness and luxury service standards
