Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support maintenance services and issue resolution for HR systems.
- Implementing projects enhancement and support operations within SLA and ensure the work is carried out according to defined SOPs.
- Conducting requirement study with business users for new projects and enhancement.
- Prepare design documents test scripts and others necessary in accordance with SOP.
- To act as the touch point for users of those modules for issues queries and enhancements.
- Facilitate system improvements and automation that would minimize manual operations.
- Work independently to find solutions be it doing research or liaising with consultants and other external parties.
- Provide training to end-users when required or as requested by them.
- Assess impact of support issues and recommend for enhancement and resolution where suitable.
- Determine requirements and deliverables through discussions with users where applicable
- Ensure proposal change request or service order fulfils user requirements in terms of scope deliverables and timing.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field with working knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll processes.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in HR system (e.g. SAP HCM SuccessFactors Workday Rymnet and etc.) related projects or support.
- Working knowledge of SAP Payroll will be an added advantage.
- Well verse with the HR business functions and processes.
- Pleasant personality with good people handling and communication skills.
- Aptitude and experienced in handling projects and supporting operations.
- Self-starter and able to work independently.
- Good understanding in business process flow in an integrated system environment.
