Make an Impact Supporting Students with Communication Needs

SOS Personnel is recruiting licensed Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to provide therapy support services within a Delaware public school district.

Positions will support students across a range of abilities including mild to severe disabilities.

Employment is contingent upon SOS Personnel being awarded the district contract.

Responsibilities May Include:

Providing speech-language therapy under SLP supervision
Implementing IEP-based interventions
Collecting therapy data and maintaining logs
Supporting inclusive classroom models
Assisting with materials and therapy preparation

Qualifications:

Active Delaware SLPA License
ASHA certification (required for DE licensure)
School-based experience preferred
Strong documentation and collaboration skills
