- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders and help clients follow their health care plans.
- Support mobility and exercise routines according to clients needs.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Document care activities and report any changes in clients conditions to the office.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and safety.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy towards clients.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes within Highland Township MI.
- Capable of performing physical tasks associated with personal care duties.
- Must pass background and reference checks.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
