Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Attendants to join our team in Highland Township this role you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders and help clients follow their health care plans.
- Support mobility and exercise routines according to clients needs.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Document care activities and report any changes in clients conditions to the office.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and safety.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy towards clients.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes within Highland Township MI.
- Capable of performing physical tasks associated with personal care duties.
- Must pass background and reference checks.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
