Location -Fort Worth TX
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days 10 Hours (6:30 AM 5:00 PM)
Schedule: Rotating days off On-Call
Job Summary
Weseeking a skilled Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Technician to join a high-volume fast-paced Cath Lab team. This role supports both inpatient and outpatient cardiac procedures and requires strong hands-on cardiac experience.
The ideal candidate is confident in scrubbing circulating and monitoring during interventional and diagnostic cardiac procedures and is comfortable participating in an on-call rotation.
Schedule & Call Requirements
10-hour day shifts (6:30 AM 5:00 PM)
Rotating days off
On-call required
Approximately 1214 call days in a 6-week period
Clinical Environment
Cardiac Cath Lab Unit
Approximately 20 cases per day
1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
Inpatient and outpatient procedures
Key Responsibilities
Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
Perform scrub circulate and monitor duties as assigned
Operate hemodynamic monitoring systems and imaging equipment
Maintain sterile field and procedural safety standards
Prepare procedure rooms and equipment
Monitor patients before during and after procedures
Respond to emergent cases as part of on-call coverage
Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Degree in Catheterization Laboratory Technology or related field
Cardiac Cath Lab experience required
Experience with interventional cardiology procedures
Ability to take on-call shifts as required
Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and hemodynamics
