The Impact Youll Make
Reporting to senior executive and nursing leadership you will serve as the clinical and operational leader for Labor & Delivery services accountable for performance quality outcomes and seamless care delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Masters degree in Nursing Healthcare Administration Business Administration or related field (BSN required if Masters is not in Nursing)
5 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience ideally in Womens Services or Labor & Delivery
Proven success leading teams driving process improvement and managing complex projects
Experience in unionized healthcare environments preferred
Strong financial acumen including budgeting cost management and performance optimization
Expertise in change management Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies
Demonstrated ability to build collaborative physician and executive partnerships
Servant leader with exceptional communication emotional intelligence and strategic influence
Licensure & Certifications
Active Registered Nurse license (or eligibility)
Nursing Leadership certification (or ability to obtain within two years)
