The Impact Youll Make

Reporting to senior executive and nursing leadership you will serve as the clinical and operational leader for Labor & Delivery services accountable for performance quality outcomes and seamless care delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Masters degree in Nursing Healthcare Administration Business Administration or related field (BSN required if Masters is not in Nursing)

• 5 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience ideally in Womens Services or Labor & Delivery

• Proven success leading teams driving process improvement and managing complex projects

• Experience in unionized healthcare environments preferred

• Strong financial acumen including budgeting cost management and performance optimization

• Expertise in change management Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies

• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative physician and executive partnerships

• Servant leader with exceptional communication emotional intelligence and strategic influence

Licensure & Certifications

• Active Registered Nurse license (or eligibility)

• Nursing Leadership certification (or ability to obtain within two years)
