About the Role
The Maintenance Assistant supports the day-to-day maintenance and housekeeping operations within the assisted living community under the direction of the Maintenance Director. This is a hands-on role that helps ensure the community remains safe clean comfortable and well-maintained for residents families and staff.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work enjoys variety in their day and believes in teamwork and doing what it takes to deliver excellence. The Maintenance Assistant will also participate in the on-call rotation to support property emergencies as needed.
