North West Sydney (Hills District)
Full Time TuesdaySaturday Structured Hours Established Clinic
Are you a Psychologist passionate about working with children and young people
I am currently partnering with a well-established paediatric therapy provider in Sydneys Hills District that has been operating successfully for over 18 years. Due to continued growth they are now expanding their services and launching a dedicated Psychology stream within their multidisciplinary team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected clinic that values structure support and genuine work-life balance.
The Role
You will work with clients aged 025 years across:
- Clinic-based therapy
- Community-based therapy
The clinic has a strong referral base and a highly supportive team environment currently consisting of psychologists and 12 Occupational Therapists. You will be instrumental in helping shape and grow the psychology offering within the practice.
Unique & Attractive Working Structure
This clinic operates Tuesday to Saturday a structure their team genuinely values.
Working Hours:
- TuesdayThursday: 10:00am 7:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am 6:00pm
- Saturday: 7:30am 1:30pm
- Sunday: Off
- Monday: Off
Having Sunday and Monday off provides extended downtime and flexibility while Saturday is a shorter calmer clinical day. The structure is intentional and designed to support both therapist wellbeing and accessibility for families.
Why This Role Stands Out
- 18 years of strong reputation in the Hills District
- Established referral pathways and stable caseload
- True clinical supervision and mentoring within the centre
- Strong learning & development focus
- Close-knit team environment not a corporate setting where you feel like a number
- Long-term stability within a respected organisation
About You
- Registered Psychologist (AHPRA)
- Passionate about paediatrics and youth mental health
- Comfortable working within a multidisciplinary team
- Open to clinic and community-based work
- Aligned with structured TuesdaySaturday schedule
If you are looking to join a supportive structured and well-established paediatric organisation in North West Sydney while helping shape a growing psychology stream I would love to speak with you.
