Job Summary

Assist in the installation configuration and maintenance of network devices including routers switches and firewalls.
Provide first-line technical support to staff for hardware software and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.
Monitor network performance and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
Assist with system backups updates and documentation of IT processes.
Support IT team in implementing security protocols and access controls.
Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
Assist with training staff on IT tools and systems as needed.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Strong understanding of network fundamentals and IT support principles.
Basic knowledge of Windows Linux or Mac operating systems.
Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware software and network issues.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Proactive detail-oriented and eager to learn.
