Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team to support SAGAs continued growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire full-cycle recruitment and hiring process from sourcing and interviewing to making offers.
  • Work collaboratively with hiring managers to identify hiring requirements and staffing needs. Assist with drafting job descriptions opening requisitions and driving the recruiting process to completion.
  • Ensure positive candidate experiences from start to finish engaging and communicating throughout the process.
  • Work collaboratively with the HR Team in onboarding new hires and creating a strong and positive employer brand for SAGA.
  • Manage the ATS (Rippling) and providing weekly staffing reports and analytics.
  • May manage contract recruiter(s) and recruiting agencies as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree (preferred in business administration human resources marketing biology or health sciences) or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of successful recruiting experience in medical oncology and/or diagnostics molecular residual disease (MRD) or related healthcare products.
  • Strong process management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills relationship management skills and ability to close candidates.
  • Ability to be a hands-on manager in a fast-paced fast-growing company.
  • Experience with managing contract recruiters and recruiting agencies.
  • Experience with ATS HRIS and MS Office.
  • Preferred location is within RTP in NC but position may be remote in the U.S.. Candidates who can support East Coast hours preferred.
