Job Summary
Mission Recruiting is partnering with a highly selective litigation practice seeking a junior associate with 1 to 5 years of experience who is ready to develop into a true trial lawyer. This is a hands-on role where you will work directly with experienced litigators gaining meaningful responsibility from day one rather than being siloed.
You will contribute across all phases of civil litigation from drafting motions to preparing for trial while receiving consistent mentorship and real-time feedback. The practice is intentionally low volume and high quality allowing you to engage deeply in each matter and build strong litigation instincts early.
This is a full-time in-office opportunity in a coastal Southern California market with a collaborative professional culture focused on long-term development.
