This is a full-time fully in-office position.

What You Will Do

Draft and argue substantive motions
Take and defend depositions
Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial proceedings
Appear in both California State and Federal Courts
Manage cases from inception through resolution
Develop case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys
Maintain strong proactive client communication

The Ideal Background

Experience handling civil litigation matters in California
Strong motion practice and deposition experience
Exposure to commercial or business disputes preferred
Familiarity with both State and Federal Court procedures
Active member in good standing with the California Bar
Confident communicator with strong analytical skills

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range of $150000 to $300000 annually depending on experience
