Your role and responsibilities

• Providing expert support and guidance to system users across Childrens Services.
• Maintaining and developing social care recording and finance systems including forms workflows and practice guidance.
• Ensuring systems support operational delivery finance procedures and transformation programmes.
• Collaborative working and liaising with senior stakeholders and actively deputising for the Development Lead when required.
• Supporting data collection to enable effective statutory and non-statutory reporting.
• Leading on system development projects including configuration testing and implementation.
• Mentoring and delegating to junior team members and contributing to their development.

You will need

• Significant experience in using and supporting complex Liquidlogic and Controcc systems.
• Proven ability to deliver business analysis and process improvements.
• Strong communication skills across CYP Teams conveying complex information to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and lead projects effectively.
• Understanding of childrens services and relevant legislation.
