Job Summary
We currently have a vacancy for an IT Support Engineer fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will work onsite in clients premises in Geneva the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.
Your tasks:
- Laptop Deployment & Device Management;
- Support deployment of new laptops using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot based on approved standards and available procedures;
- Assist users during device enrolment configuration and handover;
- Troubleshoot deployment and compliance issues;
- Coordinate network-related operational requests between business requisitioners and the external network service provider;
- Support onsite connectivity issues related to endpoint and workspace services;
- Perform IT asset inventory cleanup and reconciliation;
- Provide onsite support for the operation and user adoption of the new printing service;
- Deliver priority (VIP) support for executives and key stakeholders;
- Support users on Microsoft 365 and Modern Workspace services (Outlook Teams OneDrive SharePoint device usage) through user assistance and incident resolution.
Requirements
- University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 7 years;
- Experience in IT Service support;
- Experience in Microsoft 365 and Modern Workspace services (Outlook Teams OneDrive SharePoint device usage);
- Experience in Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot;
- Experience with troubleshooting deployment and compliance issues;
- Experience with Network Coordination & IT Asset Management;
- Prior experience within the United Nations system or similar international organizations is an asset;
- Excellent command of the English language.
