Job Description:
Learning & Development (L&D) aims to be a global benchmark where every colleague thrives and never stops learning. The Learning Evaluation & Portfolio Insights team enables this ambition by demonstrating the impact of learning generating actionable insights and informing investment decisions across the enterprise.
The Learning Research & Evaluation Consultant is a strategic measurement and insights partner who designs and applies fit-for-purpose evaluation approaches to demonstrate learning impact improve solution effectiveness and inform portfolio-level and enterprise decision-making.
Co-develop and operationalize tiered evaluation strategies aligned to program risk and strategic importance.
Establish standards frameworks and tools that enable consistent evaluation across the learning portfolio.
Consult with L&D partners and business stakeholders to define evaluation questions and success metrics.
Design and implement mixed-method evaluation approaches to assess learning effectiveness and transfer.
Synthesize results across programs to identify trends insights and investment implications.
Translate data into clear compelling narratives for senior leaders.
Partner with HR Analytics and business teams to integrate learning talent and performance data.
Apply sound analytical techniques to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
Identify and apply emerging evaluation practices tools and automation opportunities.
35 years of experience in Learning & Development analytics or applied research roles.
Strong data literacy and experience with evaluation methodologies.
Exceptional communication and executive storytelling skills.
Masters degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Relevant L&D evaluation or analytics certifications are assets.
