What Youll Do (Clinical Leadership Impact)
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and support onboarding
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans
- Provide supervision coaching and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Partner with caregivers through meaningful parent training
- Monitor progress through data-driven program adjustments
- Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB state federal)
- Collaborate closely with your Area Director and clinical leadership team
- Support funding source communication as needed
What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification
- 2 years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs
- Strong communication leadership and time management skills
