As part of our Digital Supply Chain & Commercial Transformation practice you will support transformation programs for Japanese and multinational clients across the region spanning supply chain operating model commercial growth and routetomarket initiatives.
You will work at the intersection of strategy operations digital and analytics supporting clients from diagnostic through implementation with significant exposure to Japanese stakeholders.
We take an AI and analyticsfirst approach to enhance all transformations covering a broad spectrum of Digital AI and Analytics capabilities across Supply Chain and Commercial (Sales & Marketing).
Your Key Responsibilities
Digital Supply Chain & Transformation
- Support and deliver end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives including:
- Supply chain diagnostics and maturity assessments
- Digital roadmap development (planning execution visibility control tower concepts)
- Process redesign across Plan / Source / Make / Deliver
- Translate business requirements into structured transformation initiatives and implementation plans
- Apply an AI and analyticsfirst approach to identify opportunities enhance processes and drive measurable impact across supply chain and commercial workflows
Commercial & Revenue Growth
- Support commercial transformation and growth initiatives including:
- Route-to-market strategy and capability building
- Revenue growth management (pricing mix channels)
- Demand planning and salessupply alignment
- Analyse commercial and operational data to identify growth and efficiency opportunities
- Design performance management frameworks to sustain commercial outcomes
Client Delivery & Stakeholder Management
- Lead day-to-day workstreams and contribute to overall project delivery
- Prepare executive-ready deliverables with clear storylines and recommendations
- Facilitate client discussions and workshops in Japanese and English
- Act as a bridge between Japanese HQ stakeholders and regional / local teams
- Coach junior team members and review their outputs
Firm & Practice Contribution
- Contribute to proposal development and business development activities
- Support internal knowledge development and methodology enhancement
- Actively participate in practice initiatives and team development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree inBusinessSupply Chain Engineering or relevant fields.
- 3 years of experience in consulting orsupply chain/operations/commercial transformation
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; ability to interpret and structure data
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
- Business-fluent English and Japanese
