Job Summary

This role sits at the core of strategy execution and seniorleader leverage within LinkedIns Talent Solutions (LTS) business. As the Senior Program Manager you will act as a trusted thought partner to APAC leadership owning critical rhythmofbusiness cadences prioritization and the delivery of highimpact strategic initiatives across a highly matrixed environment. You will bring structure to ambiguity translate strategy into action and work closely with crossfunctional partners to move the business forward - combining strong program management rigor with sound business judgment and influence. 

You will be a key member of the LTS Global Programs team within the Global Business Organization (GBO). You will partner closely with the VP of APAC LTS and the leadership team to define operating priorities drive organizational efficiencies and rhythm of the business activities and deliver strategic initiatives to help the business achieve its goals. You will build connective tissue across leaders teams and programs to create leverage optimize growth and scale the business. 

This position offers an exciting opportunity to act as a partner and advisor to leaders at LinkedIn ranging across operations sales finance marketing and other cross-functional teams. The Program Managers leadership on strategic & operational initiatives will help influence the growth trajectory of the APAC LTS business. 

The role partners with an India-based leader (IST time zone) with the expectation you will be able to predominantly work APAC business hours with the ability to flex to EMEA/APAC/NAMER regional hours as needed. Some travel may be required. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Day-to-day thought partner to the VP of APAC LTS Sales 
  • Steer development and execution of LTS strategic priorities 
  • Drive operational rhythm and effectiveness including leadership team meetings & offsites QBRs OKR management and annual & quarterly planning process 
  • Project manage strategic initiatives to support the growth of LTS 
  • Develop and manage new processes to drive cross-functional focus and prioritization 
  • Dot connector between what is happening at the macro level (e.g. Company Global Business Organization LTS wide) level and the impact it may have at a micro level (e.g. local and functional teams) 
  • Use problem solving skills to logically structure ambiguous problems conduct data-driven analysis extrapolate key insights and deliver recommendations 
  • Learn quickly be agile and proactive as well as assume ownership for broad tracks and global workstreams 
  • Advocate and influence at all levels of the organization 
  • Coach and mentor others to ensure the team has frameworks training and resources needed to provide best-in-class program management partnership 

50%-time allocation: 

  • Operational rhythm of the business activities (e.g. lead team meetings offsites) 
  • Business planning & prioritization (e.g. alignment on priorities FY investments) 
  • Portfolio management (e.g. tracking progress flagging risks removing blockers) 

50%-time allocation: 

  • Project Management (e.g. LTS strategic initiatives Team & Talent Org branding / design) 

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 8 years of relevant experience in program management business operations strategy & operations management consulting or equivalent roles within a complex matrixed organization 
  • 5 years of experience operating in a matrixed crossfunctional environment across regional and/or global teams 
  • 5 years of experience in B2B technology SaaS or platformbased companies with exposure to gotomarket or commercial organizations 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Proven track record of leading large crossfunctional strategic programs with enterprisewide impact 
  • Experience using data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Sheets to support prioritization and decisionmaking 
  • Experience communicating with and influencing seniorlevel stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication 
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in complex fastmoving or ambiguous environments 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience leading crossfunctional teams through decisionmaking processes 
  • Experience prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent workstreams with attention to detail 
  • Experience working in or supporting global enterprisescale businesses 
  • Experience supporting or driving change management initiatives
