Salary: 55000 base salary 6000 annual bonus for Outstanding Ofsted rating
6000 annual bonus for achieving an Ofsted Outstanding rating
3000 annual bonus for achieving an Ofsted Good rating

Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent
Reporting to: Responsible Individual (RI) & Managing Director
We are looking for a passionate experienced Registered Manager to shape the service from day one supported by a highly involved director team and strong financial backing.
We are also open to considering ambitious Deputy Managers who are ready and willing to step up into a Registered Manager role provided they have relevant childrens residential experience and Ofsted exposure.

What Youll Be Responsible For
Leadership & Compliance
- Lead the home in line with Childrens Homes Regulations and the Quality Standards (2015)
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
- Ensure Ofsted readiness at all times and aim for an Outstanding rating
- Review and maintain the Statement of Purpose regularly
What Were Looking For
Essential:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willing to complete within 12 months)
- Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare already achieved
- 5 years experience in childrens residential care
- At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and regulatory compliance
- Proven success achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
