The Assessments team is involved in creating discerning question banks. The team also works on regular development of engaging and insightful assessment tools that test the level of content understanding and competence in the subject skills of k-10 children.
Your Role
You will be working on content creation that will enhance the user experience through conversational this role you will be working with the content team in creating/reviewing/proofreading/ editing and enhancing content for our k-10 product. A major part of your day will go into understanding the learning objectives discussing them with SMEs and creating/reviewing different types of questions.
You are a passionate individual who would love to go deeper into how children learn subjects and build high-quality assessment tools that can uncover gaps in students learning.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Create/review Content according to the bloom taxonomy and Cognitive load Theory on our K-10 product
Plan the share requirements and deliver them on time
Coordinate with their respective subject SMEs or Managers to understand the client requirements
Incorporate the feedback provided by SMEs or clients
Attend the regular meetings and team sessions
Education & Competencies
Background in Science (Physics Chemistry Biology) atamasterslevel
Experience:at least 1 yearsoftotal experience in Science (Content development and Review)
Good command over the curriculum of the subject

Compensation
A competitive Indian salary and benefits package will be provided commensurate to education and experience.
Location
Preferably Noida. However depending on your qualifications and experience we are open to suitable candidates who can work from any location.
