Main Responsibilities:
Facilitate payments between NMEG Finance and Dealers (eNEWS) and manage payment requests invoice processing and audit validations.
Conduct audits and validations for payments received to ensure recovery from overseas manufacturing (GWS Recon).
Responsible for loading new VINs updating part prices and managing FOREX data within the system.
Provide first-level dealer diagnostic support and resolve system-related queries (ERP errors pricing etc.) via Support Line Tickets (SLT).
Oversee Free of Charge (FOC) and Audio parts manage parts scrapping and reconcile expected vs. received duplication parts for FQI/FQA.
Generate monthly Warranty KPI reports and weekly spending reports to track month-to-date budgets.
Act as a key liaison between Local Suppliers EGP Dealers NMEG Aftersales (Procurement) Finance and Security departments.
Validating Warranty Start Dates (Class Code Z Claims) and overseeing approximately 1000 claims per month.
Who We Are Looking For:
Bachelors degree in engineering or a relevant field with strong technical knowledge of vehicle structure and mechanics.
0-2 years of experience in a technical or analytical role within the automotive industry.
Fluency in English and Arabic (Well-spoken with a strong professional vocabulary).
Strong Data Analytics Skills: Must be proficient with MS Office applications (Excel PowerPoint Word) for high-level reporting.
Proven ability to handle cross-functional communication with both internal departments and external dealers/suppliers.
A solid understanding of dealer operations and automotive administrative processes.
A proactive professional who is willing to carry additional responsibilities and manage broad oversight in a fast-paced environment.
