Key Accountabilities

• Support investment and insurance sales by establishing new accounts and maintaining accurate client records.

• Provide responsive service by answering client questions processing transactions and resolving issues.

• Ensure accurate transaction processing by submitting documentation monitoring trade settlements and coordinating with Operations.

• Maintain compliance by following BSA KYC/KYA/CIP and internal risk management policies.

• Enter financial planning data and CRM notes to support client relationship management.

• Assist with audits onboarding new colleagues and contributing to team or line-of-business projects.

Education & Experience

Required:

• Associates Degree in Finance Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred:

• 1- 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
