As a Kitchen Supervisor youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen while maintaining high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction. You will work in lively environment leading both AM and PM kitchen staff.
Responsibilities
Supervising kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation and service
Ensuring adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Assisting in menu planning and daily specials while maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
Training and mentoring new staff ensuring they understand kitchen procedures and standards
Collaborating with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
Managing kitchen operations during peak hours to maintain timely and high-quality food output
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
Ensuring all food items are prepared stored and served according to safety guidelines and standards

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
Food Handlers Certification (must comply with state requirements).
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of applicable health safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
CPR and first aid training preferred.
Banquet experience preferred.
