We are hiring an experienced family attorney who can hit the ground running and assist clients inside and outside the courtroom. We are a clients goal-focused firm. Clients goals and objectives are more important than our egos. If you enjoy navigating sensitive legal issues of family law including child custody and domestic violence but also find business law and tax law interesting we might be a great fit for you!

- Hard-working TEAM player responsible for all aspects of a clients case including communicating with clients and other counsel drafting pleadings conducting discovery preparing for and attending court hearings settlement conferences performing legal research and preparing for and attending trials
- DVRO & Trial Experience Required
- Knowledge of CA Discovery Required
- A California Bar License in good standing is required
- High levels of self-esteem empathy and compassion
- Ability to put clients at ease
- Understanding how clients problems are more than legal problems to them
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Extremely comfortable with technology (and realizes that smartphones might be smarter than us)
