Experienced Sales & Relationship Manager
This is a part-time high-engagement role essential for driving revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with real estate professionals. The core mission is to position our company as the preferred home inspection provider by demonstrating competency consistency and commitment to Realtors.
Primary Focus
Establish and maintain robust high-volume relationships with Realtors and real estate agencies to secure their partnership and drive recommendations for our home inspection services. This role demands a full-time consistent focus (approx. 24 hours/week) executing a dedicated ground game across sales relationship management and supporting digital marketing. Full time role may be offered.
Key Responsibilities (The Ground Game)
Field Engagement:Execute a high-volume route ofOffice Visits (15-20 offices weekly)Open House drop-ins (8-15 weekly) and consistently attendRealtor BoardandBNI Group events (evenings/weekends may be required).
Education & Sales:Plan and deliverLunch & Learns/CEP classesand compelling in-person presentations to showcase our value proposition negotiating contracts to secure new client partnerships.
Proactive Outreach:Conduct daily high-volumeCorrespondence(25 calls/texts/emails a day) to generate meetings and maintain relationships.
Digital Presence:Manage and update the Realtor database and actively engage onSocial Mediaplatforms (LinkedIn Facebook Instagram etc.) to support outreach efforts.
Strategy & Tracking:Develop and implement a strategic sales plan and diligently track all activities pipeline progress and performance metrics using CRM software.
Required Qualifications
Proven Experience:Demonstrated success in sales preferably within the real estate home services or related B2B industry.
Industry Knowledge:Strong understanding of the real estate market and the roles/responsibilities of Realtors in the closing process.
Core Skills:Exceptional negotiation presentation and relationship-building skills.
Discipline:Must be results-oriented highly organized and capable of working independently to meet demanding high-volume activity requirements.
Technical:Proficiency withCRM softwarefor pipeline and performance tracking.
Availability:Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory and work outside of standard business hours (evenings/weekends) for networking and event attendance.
