What will you do

• Taking care of our international guests as well as our VIP and regular guests.
• Organization and competent fulfilling of guest requests.
• Professional complaint management.
• Taking on Manager on Duty responsibilities.

You can handle hectic situations during peak times well keeping a cool head and staying focused on your role and your team. You have a strong sense of responsibility and an eye for detail. You have already gained relevant experience and bring a natural warmth and friendliness to the role.

We offer a full-time monthly salary of EUR 2263 gross according to pay group 3 of the collective agreement for the hospitality industry in Vienna. Willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications is possible.
