This is a full-time permanent role for someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering practical workforce solutions. Recruitment experience is a bonus but a strong network and sales skills are a must.

About the role:
Identifying and developing new B2B business opportunities
Managing and growing an existing portfolio of clients
Delivering quality recruitment solutions with full support from a dedicated team
Maintaining high service standards and compliance
What youll bring:
Proven B2B sales experience (essential)
Strong business development negotiation and closing skills
Confidence building long-term client relationships
Knowledge of the area is a bonus
