CGS is seeking a skilledOSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst (Language Enabled) Seniorto support routine Special Access Program (SAP) and compartmented projects operations and exercises for all intelligence thisroleyour overall support will include conducting OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources toidentifypatterns and provide intelligence willbe responsible forcreating collection plans draftingOpen SourceIntelligence Reports (OSIRs) and supporting OSINT analytic production requirements.

Skills and attributes for success:

- Conduct OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources toidentifypatterns and provide intelligence requirements.

- Create collection plans draftsOpen SourceIntelligence Reports (OSIRs) and support OSINT analytic production requirements.

- Contribute to OSIR quality reviews and language-based insights andexpertise.

- Ensure all reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of six (6) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.

- Minimum of two (2) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation analysis and reporting. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties ( translating and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI social media or news sources) will not be considered equivalentexperience).

- Strongproficiencyin the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools databases and repositories.

- Strongproficiencyin the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools databases and repositories as well as OSINT research andmethodology.

- Understanding ofOSINT/PAI authorities regulations and policy.

- Strong written communications skills andproficiencywith the Microsoft Office suite of applications.

- Strong verbal briefing skills able to brief at the O4/GS13 level or above.

- Mustdemonstrateforeign languageproficiency(reading listening writing speaking)ona designated language asidentifiedby the Government.

- At the Governments discretion analytic experience qualification requirements may be reduced or waived to meet the languageproficiencyrequirement.

- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
