The Work

The Senior Reporting Analyst GTM is the dedicated analytics partner to Lexipols Sales and Marketing organization with a strong emphasis on sales performance pipeline health and revenue growth in a subscription-based SaaS model. This role focuses on understanding how pipeline is built how deals progress and what drives closed-won revenue and long-term customer value (ARR). You will work closely with GTM leadership to deliver insights that improve sales execution conversion rates and overall revenue productivity.

You are both a hands-on analyst and a strategic partnersomeone who understands how sales teams operate and uses data to improve how deals are created advanced and won.

What Youll Do
Strategic Impact (50%)
  • Partner directly with Sales and Marketing leadership to improve pipeline generation deal progression and win rates
  • Identify trends risks and opportunities in pipeline health sales performance and ARR growth
  • Analyze drivers of revenue performance including:
    • Pipeline creation and coverage
    • Conversion rates across sales stages
    • Deal velocity and sales cycle length
    • Win/loss trends and deal quality
  • Provide insights into seller performance and productivity including quota attainment ramp time and activity-to-outcome conversion
  • Translate GTM strategy into clear performance metrics and actionable insights
  • Support business reviews with data-driven narratives focused on pipeline execution and revenue outcomes
  • Proactively surface opportunities to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
Analytics & Reporting (40%)
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide visibility into:
    • Pipeline health and coverage
    • Sales performance and conversion rates
    • Deal velocity and stage progression
    • ARR contribution from new business
  • Track and analyze end-to-end sales funnel performance from lead through closed-won
  • Develop reporting that connects pipeline activity to revenue outcomes (ARR impact)
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on:
    • Win/loss trends
    • Sales cycle bottlenecks
    • Pipeline quality and deal slippage
    • Marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue
  • Enable self-service reporting for GTM teams to monitor performance and take action
  • Own reporting delivery from intake through iteration ensuring adoption and business impact
Collaboration & Partnership (10%)
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align on pipeline definitions funnel stages and performance metrics
  • Partner with Data Engineering to ensure clean reliable Salesforce data for pipeline and sales reporting
  • Act as a translator between GTM stakeholders and technical teams
  • Present insights to leadership in a clear actionable and business-focused way
What You Bring
Required Experience
  • 5 years of experience in analytics roles supporting Sales GTM or Marketing teams
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or subscription-based sales environment
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and pipeline dynamics including:
    • Pipeline coverage
    • Conversion rates
    • Deal velocity
    • Win rates
    • ARR contribution from new business
  • Experience analyzing sales funnels and seller performance
  • Advanced Salesforce experience (Opportunities Leads Campaigns Accounts)
  • Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience querying and modeling data in AWS Redshift
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI including DAX data modeling and executive dashboard development
  • Ability to turn data into clear actionable insights that improve sales outcomes
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how sales teams operate in a quota-driven environment
Preferred Experience
  • Experience analyzing subscription revenue (ARR/MRR) in a SaaS environment
  • Strong experience working with AWS Redshift for large-scale data analysis and modeling
  • Advanced experience building scalable reporting solutions in Power BI
  • Experience working with modern cloud data environments and analytics workflows

Compensation and Benefits
Lexipol offers a competitive base salary monthly quarterly or annual incentive and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with Company match and a flexible paid time off plan.

The base compensation is $110000 plus an annual performance-based bonus.
