Job Summary
ICF Next is a leading European communications agency that designs and delivers impactful campaigns content and experiences for publicsector and privatesector Events Team in Belgium delivers largescale highimpact events for EU institutions combining operational excellence creative execution and strong international expertise to run complex conferences hybrid formats and fastpaced project pipelines.
As an EventAssistant Trainee you will support the team in the planning and delivery of physical hybrid and online events. You will:
Event Support & Coordination
Assistin the preparation of eventlogisticsand documentation.
Help coordinate suppliers venues and service providers.
Support the team during live events (on-site and online) including setup and coordination tasks.
Registration & Communication
Assistin setting up and managing online registration platforms (e.g. CVENTSwoogo B2Match).
Help prepare participant communications and event materials.
Digital Tools & Platforms
Learn to use tools like Zoom Webex MS TeamsInteractio and for online and hybrid events.
Support technical tests rehearsals and live delivery of virtual sessions.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with EventSpecialists andCommunicationManagers on day-to-day tasks.
Participate in internal meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
WhatWereLooking For
A bachelor degree in Event Management Communications Marketing or a related field.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive curious and collaborative mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Frenchor Dutchis a plus).
Interest in EU affairs and working in a multicultural environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools (e.g. Teams SharePoint).
Availability for a full-time 6-month traineeship based in Brussels.
Please note that this is a 6 months CIP contract.
