Position Summary
Were hiring a Crew Foreman to lead our septic system installation crew. This role is for someone who leads with integrity communicates clearly and sets the standard for quality and professionalism. Youll run projects guide your crew and ensure jobs are completed safely and correctly.
This is not a corporate environment. Its handson leadership with people who actually care.
What Youll Do
- Lead a field crew on commercial and residential septic system installations.
- Set expectations clearly communicate honestly and hold the team accountable.
- Ensure job sites are safe organized and compliant.
- Work directly with customers inspectors and partners professionally.
- Train mentor and support crew members using our 90day onboarding program.
- Maintain high craftsmanship standards and model the values we hire for.
What Were Looking For
- Prior experience or skilled operator ready to step into leadership.
- Strong communication and peoplemanagement skills.
- Someone who owns their work no shortcuts no excuses.
- A growthminded thinker who wants to build a crew not just clock in.
- Valid drivers license (CDL a plus).
