Job Summary

Position Role: Plan Lead and execute the delivery of Firm Base (FB) support including Head of Establishment (HoE) responsibilities on behalf of Comd JMC North. Responsibilities: 1. On behalf of Comd North as HoE deliver Establishment Management to units within your AoR in accordance with ACSO 1105. 2. Leadership and management of your JMC Hub Team a workforce spread across multiple sites including attached Pers e.g. MPGS guard force (OPCON) as assigned. 3. Develop and maintain relationships with Tenant Units in your AoR 3rd Party Lodgers principal service delivery partners and RFCA Y&H. 4. Actively identify tasks and manage risks and issues across your AoR and act to mitigate escalate and resolve issues as appropriate. 5. Convene and chair routine customer/supplier liaison forums such as Site Infra management meetings Contract monitoring meetings FB Establishment Committees etc. 6. Co-ordinate support and deconflict Tenant unit business continuity plans across the establishment. 7. On orders support UK resilience activity in support of Comd North. 8. Other tasks as directed by Comd North within FTRS (HC) terms of service. |
