About the Role
Our Client works with some of the worlds biggest brands to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive commercial success. Were looking for a Business Unit Manager to join our UK Client Service team. This fulltime role offers a competitive salary and includes a generous car allowance to support your travel needs.
Ideal location: High Wycombe United Kingdom HP14
Hybrid: Client sites HQ offices fieldbased & home working
What Youll Be Doing
- Lead the client relationship as the senior point of contact
- Own commercial performance including budget profit and growth
- Manage and develop highperforming teams
- Ensure consistent highquality operational delivery
- Identify and drive new business opportunities
- Use data and insight to improve performance and shape strategy
- Champion innovation change and continuous improvement
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience managing largescale client accounts or business units
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership
- Track record of building senior client relationships
- Exceptional people leadership and team development skills
- Ability to turn data into actionable insight
- Experience driving growth change and innovation programmes
- Strong influencing & presentation skills
Desirable: Experience in consumer electronics technology retail or field marketing
