RAPIDLY GROWING Technology company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support the companys based out of their Denver CO office.
SUMMARY:
- Will be a strategic advisor to company leaders
- Will be a driver of leadership/team effectiveness organizational design/performance and workforce planning.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
- Experience in start-up and/or high-growth fast-paced environments (i.e. manufacturing energy data centers tech or similar)
- Proactive solutions-oriented HR professional
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
