Job Summary
Premium Sales Consultant wanted for our Luxury Brand Dealership -
Join our team as a professional Sales Consultant with Roth Cadillac/Audi Erie where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales for our Premium Luxury Brand Dealership. As a Sales Consultant you will engage with customers understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly professional manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles from our Audi and Cadillac inventory
- Provide detailed product information including features pricing and financing options
- Conduct test drives and follow up with customers to address any questions or concerns
- Negotiate sales terms and finalize vehicle purchases with customers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions vehicle inventory and industry trends
- Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure a smooth sales process
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of Audi or Cadillac vehicles is a plus
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
