Job Summary
JOB TITLE: Merchandise Coordinator
LOCATION: TC Santiago
SCHEDULE: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Work Model: Hybrid.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF JOB:
This entry-level role is responsible for supporting the product development team and product strategies for Jostens. Report to the Director of Product Development but support the entire product development team in accordance with the overall merchandise strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Create enter and perform in season updates to product information in multiple databases
- Support the Product development team across all categories in executing product launches on and with sales team including JComm and ESO testing
- Liaison between product team and DR Graphic team
- Perform general administrative duties for product team as needed.
- Inputting data for product builder set up and maintenance
- Assist with Market Research Survey Creation and Compilation
- Conduct weekly web validation of copy images and links on product pages on
- Run product performance reporting for the team through Insight and Tableau
Required:
- BA or BS degree
- Intermediate Excel
- Must live in Santiago
- English Proficiency
Preferred:
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong ability to identify and execute priorities with a sense of urgency
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
