YNHS is a high-quality mission-driven FQHC serving the Yakima Valley with integrated medical dental behavioral health pharmacy housing and outreach programs. Physicians are backed by a 3:1 staff-to-physician model and there are no productivity minimums.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $240000
Signing bonus: $20000
Relocation: $6000 (receipt-based)
Incentives: $500/month productivity; $1000 perfect attendance bonus

CME: $2000 allowance 40 hours
Sabbatical: 4 weeks unpaid every 3 years

Outpatient primary care for adults; FM or IM background welcome.
Full-time (40 hrs/wk) no call; NextGen EHR.
Typical FQHC panel complexity with strong team-based support.

Qualifications

MD/DO; BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; WA license or eligible.
Mission alignment for underserved populations; Spanish helpful but not required.
