DescriptionKey responsibilities:
- Be a part of the team to strengthen the growth of capability infrastructure and wealth product offerings for Chubb Wealth mainly on funds including private evergreen funds and mutual funds.
- Work with various teams both internally and externally to facilitate the product onboarding maintain the product database ensure the consistency and accuracy of the data display shown to clients
- Sourcing reviewing and in-depth due diligence on global fund opportunities.
- Track the market development trend preparing investment memos and client presentation materials related to investment manager recommendations portfolio updates and other thematic discussion topics
- Ensure integrity of sales process and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- firm-wide marketing and advisory of product offering to front office staffs and making presentations to clients.
- monitoring of existing wealth products and required follow up with relationship managers
- take lead on ad-hoc new initiatives to support the business development under the guidance from the team lead
QualificationsRequirements:
- 2-6 years of experience; currently a fund specialist in a PWM firm is highly preferred
- team player eyes on details goal oriented hardworking honest and positive mindset
- presentable; client facing activity experience preferred
- Disciplined strategic thinking eyes for innovation and using new tech tools or functions
- Bachelors/University degree or above
- Fluent in English; trilingual in Cantonese and Mandarin is highly preferred
- Knowledge in VBA Morningstar Direct Bloomberg preferred; capable to use generative AI tools to do presentation and/or data mining preferred
- Keen to be a professional product expert who can deliver clear positions regarding to the market trend the firms wealth product offerings and competitive edges to the sales team
