Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and empathetic manner
- Schedule reschedule and cancel patient appointments
- Provide accurate information about hospital services doctors departments and procedures
- Address patient inquiries concerns and complaints efficiently
- Maintain and update patient records in the hospital management system
- Coordinate with medical and administrative departments for seamless patient support
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments reports and feedback
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and confidentiality standards
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (Healthcare Administration preferred)
- 15 years of experience in a contact centre preferably in the hospital or healthcare sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in shifts
- Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
