Business Partners provide analytic and talent management support to their aligned division(s). Key elements of this role include the full spectrum of talent management processes ( strategy leadership pipeline performance management compensation and other annual processes).
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
- Partner with the global Business Partner team to execute all people development processes including leadership pipeline reviews performance management compensation and organization reviews;
- Execute ongoing tasks and special projects to support aligned division(s) needs;
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of transactions in Firm systems including transfers (domestic & international) and terminations;
- Organize and analyze data sets interpreting and reporting results to various audiences;
- Collaborate with functional HCM colleagues in recruiting training global mobility and employee relations to address ad hoc situations and deliver key deliverables.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree and 3 years of relevant experience
- Highly organized attention to detail and excellent follow-through required
- Demonstrated client service focus with a proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Analytical mindset and technical skillset excellent quantitative skills data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work across a diverse range of projects (i.e. strong quantitative skills combined with aptitude for talent management initiatives) with different stakeholders (HCM and other divisional teams across the firms global offices)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment and think clearly under pressure
- Self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous yet collaborative environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated client service focus and ability to build relationships across different levels functions and regions
