Job Summary
Job Description
Lead our Hospitalist Inpatient Services Group across our four KC metro hospital! Drive Operations inspire teams and partner with physician leadership to deliver exceptional patient care!
M-F Days
3-5 years management experience preferred
Associate degree preferred
Partner closely with Physician Operations Leadership!
Support inpatient and palliative care including post discharge!
Drive continuous improvement across service lines!
Coach train and develop team members!
The Opportunity:
We are hiring a Practice Manager for our Hospitalist Group Inpatient Services.
The Practice Manager assumes accountability for the overall planning coordination and delivery of services. Working collaboratively with physician operations leadership assumes a leadership role in planning developing and implementing programs and services which support the mission vision and strategic direction. Provides practice management for one practice typically supporting up to 7 providers and managing a staff of 50 employees or less. Works with the Director Physician Practice Operations to identify needs propose and work within practice budgets.
