The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join EY-Parthenons Venture Building this role you will lead a team of consultants to ensure high quality of problem solving and execution for consumer/ retail clients globally. As a key member of our practice you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative business concepts to life.

Your key responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage mentor and develop a team of consultants with diverse skill sets in business consulting product management and presentation design
• Project Management: Oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously allocating resources efficiently and ensuring deadlines are met
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with larger internal and external ecosystem of business entrepreneurs strategy consultants product managers and developers to create cohesive intuitive solutions for the client
• Innovation Facilitation: Lead design thinking workshops and innovation sessions with clients and internal teams
• Trend Awareness: Stay current with emerging business trends technologies and methodologies relevant to Corporate Venture Building

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Masters degree in Management from a top tier college like IIMs ISB SP Jain MDI etc.
• Experience of managing strategy projects in Consumer & retail sector for a management consulting firm
• 4 years of professional experience with experience of managing a 3-4 membered team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Background in creating pitch decks and review materials for executive audiences
