1. Role and responsibilities
The purpose of the ICLA Technical Assistant position is to provide technical and administrative support in the daily implementation of ICLA projects.
Generic responsibilities
These responsibilities shall be the same for all positions with the same title. The responsibilities shall be short and essential. Details belong in the Work and Professional Development Plan.
1. Adhere to NRC tools handbooks and guidelines;
2. Assist with the implementation of the ICLA Programme according to a plan of action; 3. Promote and share ideas for the improvement of activities;
4. Prepare and develop status reports as required by a line manager;
5. Contribute to the identification of protection risks and needs in the context of the program implementation;
6. Assist with receiving incoming calls from people we work with/helpline and make outgoing calls to the latter according to needs;
7. Receive distribute and keep records of brochures distributed mails documents and reports and perform other duties in the ICLA Legal Aid Center when necessary;
8. Provide secretarial support such as data entry of intake forms translation taking minutes drafting letters etc.
Specific responsibilities
