The role

Were looking for an Operations Assistant to join our rapidly growing business. Were a diverse group and are looking for someone who is friendly enthusiastic and loves to help others; who enjoystaking care of the details and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Working within our HQ / Operations team this is a role that allows you to utilise your strong organisationalcustomer service andinterpersonalskills as well as play an integral part of the growth of the firm.

Duties of the role include:

  • General administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations e.g. printing binding photocopying documentation preparation and data entry
  • Reception duties including greeting visitors managing mail couriers and deliveries
  • Managing meeting room bookings
  • Manage building access cards
  • Supporting with setting up the office for events
  • Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness is maintained in meeting rooms and kitchen area
  • Events coordination including organising and setting up catering
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Monitoring the condition and functionality of office equipment and arrange for quotes and repairs or replacements when needed
  • Support with onboarding new starters
  • Support with seating arrangements and logistics as well as with office layout changes upon request
  • Support the practice group and admin team as requested
  • Deliveries as well as filing documents with the Courts
  • Maintain records and databases such as mail register and visitors register
  • Maintain ASIC statement - i.e. coordination of ASIC transactions with trust fund disbursements

Were looking for someone:

  • With front of house reception or administrative experience ideally in a professional setting.
  • With intermediate MS Suite skills.
  • Who has strong communication skills.
  • With excellent attention to detail and the ability to efficiently manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
