Position Overview:
We are seekingIndustrial Engineer Internsto join our Fort Worth TX team. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in process improvement data analysis and production efficiency within a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment. You will work alongside experienced engineers and operations leaders gaining valuable exposure to real-world challenges and solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity safety and quality.

  • Collect analyze and interpret production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Assist in time studies workflow design and capacity analysis.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.

  • Prepare reports presentations and recommendations for leadership.

  • Participate in special projects and support day-to-day engineering tasks.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing aBachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and data analysis tools.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

  • Prior internship co-op or project experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment is a plus.
